• Accept responsibility for any consequences resulting from your use of the Service
• Not hold us liable for any actions taken by Instagram against your accounts

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram. Use of our Service is at your own risk regarding your Instagram account status.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds except as required by law or at our discretion
• Price changes with 30 days notice

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IGFrame Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IGFrame Pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
